Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hardware stores and construction businesses.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in the Ponorogo, Wonogiri, and Pacitan regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Ponorogo, Wonogiri, and Pacitan markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
