Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and purchases while maintaining in-depth knowledge of our product range.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, including product displays, cleanliness, and organization.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets its daily objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
