Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Manage and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales operations.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify opportunities, and address challenges in the field.
- Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and distributor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and possess a valid driver's license (motorcycle/car).
