As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our diverse clientele. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $2,300 – $2,600 per month, plus $200 monthly allowance, commission, and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), making it a rewarding career choice for motivated individuals.

Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with eyewear selection, fitting, and styling advice.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including brand history, lens technology, and frame materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or eyewear industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Passion for fashion and eyewear, with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong work ethic.
