Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores in assigned territories to promote and sell company products.
- Present and demonstrate products to store owners and managers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective canvassing and relationship-building.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing market share.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or canvassing roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories and manage time efficiently.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and product merchandising.
