Responsibility
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, implementing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory management best practices.
- Enforce stockroom rules and procedures, including access control, labeling, and storage protocols.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Prepare and fulfill pick lists for retail outlets or distribution, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in full physical inventory audits as required.
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages, and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, procurement) to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS) or ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and move stock items (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data entry) for inventory tracking.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, during peak seasonal periods.
