Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, fitting recommendations, and purchase decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities to enhance product appeal and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
