Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and after-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
