As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless distribution of our high-quality products across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and revenue growth in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new accounts in the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and potential clients to present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries, promotions, and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and possess a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
