Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting low inventory to management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, adhering to brand merchandising standards.
- Educate customers about the benefits of eco-friendly products and promote sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day reports.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events or campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in eco-friendly or luxury retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a bonus.
