Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive customer engagement.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve performance, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and action plans to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and seasonal collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
