Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct design consultations to help customers select furniture and decor that fits their style and space.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including materials, trends, and pricing.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and space planning is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
