Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance loyalty.
- Train, coach, and develop staff through performance evaluations, feedback, and career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align store operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store or home improvement sector.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial reports, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
