Responsibility
- Provide personalized and attentive customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, materials, and craftsmanship to educate customers and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized retail environment, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and exceptional after-sales service.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brand collections, and industry developments to provide informed advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service, preferably in a high-end brand environment.
- Strong passion for fashion, luxury goods, and exceptional craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a confident, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, to meet business needs.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations is advantageous.
