Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and report inventory discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
