Responsibility
- Introduce and promote company products to potential customers in Bali, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer preferences and trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Participate in product training and development sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and achieve targets.
