Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions, refunds, and payments with precision.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a visually appealing display.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on promotions, new products, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
