Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every visitor.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending products, and closing transactions with confidence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including features, benefits, and styling tips to provide expert advice.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutiqueâs presentation is always fresh, inviting, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing returns, exchanges, and gift wrapping.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for fashion, style, and customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a strong plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
