Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers in assigned Bali regions through cold calls, networking, and on-site visits.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of SeaOil’s products and services to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas to maximize commission earnings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold SeaOil’s professional image through ethical sales practices and exceptional service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the regional team to align on goals, share best practices, and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian or local dialects is a plus).
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and consumer behavior is advantageous.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and mobile apps for sales tracking.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and handle objections professionally.
  • Valid Work Permit: Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia (for non-Indonesian applicants).
