Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.
