As a Brand Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in executing in-store branding strategies across 30+ retail outlets daily, ensuring our products stand out and drive sales. Your work will directly impact brand recognition and customer experience in high-traffic locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility

  • Execute daily branding installations and visual merchandising across 30+ retail outlets in assigned territories.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation by adhering to company guidelines for product placement, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct morning and evening attendance checks at distributor locations as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or display issues to the management team.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product visibility and shelf space allocation.
  • Track and document merchandising activities, including photos and reports for performance analysis.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, including setting up point-of-sale materials and in-store activations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth execution of branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or field marketing (preferably in FMCG or consumer goods).
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and brand positioning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with retailers and distributors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily targets.
  • Physical stamina to handle on-site installations, including lifting and arranging displays.
  • Own transportation (motorcycle preferred) and a valid driver’s license for mobility across Bali.
  • Proficiency in basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel, mobile apps) for tracking activities.
  • Willingness to adhere to strict attendance policies, including morning and evening check-ins.
