Responsibility
- Product Showcasing: Demonstrate and present products effectively to customers in retail stores, trade shows, or promotional events.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential buyers, answer questions, and provide detailed product information to drive interest and sales.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to uphold the company’s image and reputation.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and feedback to share with the marketing and product development teams.
- Setup & Maintenance: Prepare and maintain demonstration stations, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are in working order.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in in-store promotions, sampling events, and other marketing initiatives to boost product visibility.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on demonstration outcomes, including customer interactions, samples distributed, and sales generated.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service roles, preferably as a product demonstrator or brand ambassador.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to influence customer decisions and drive sales through persuasive techniques.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours based on event schedules.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with retail staff, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional fluency in Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
