As part of our team, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high standards across all locations. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our business objectives while fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily GA operations across multiple locations in Badung, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Manage facility maintenance, office supplies, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative, logistical, and security processes.
- Supervise and mentor a team of GA staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and career guidance.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to align GA functions with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and control budget allocations for GA-related expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Coordinate event logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodation for employees and visitors as needed.
- Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are upheld across all facilities in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Operations Management, preferably in a multi-location or retail environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to handle diverse operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or facility management software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and vendor management.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between locations in Badung and surrounding areas.
