Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients in assigned provincial areas through market research and networking.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or business development, preferably in the consumer products sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
