Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory records.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promotional goals.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing recommendations, and explaining promotions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and supporting management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
