Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned Bali region, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell the company’s plastic products using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in the plastic products industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, including forecasts, customer feedback, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or plastic products industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and existing network of contacts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
