Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned Bali region, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Present, promote, and sell the company’s plastic products using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in the plastic products industry.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, including forecasts, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or plastic products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and existing network of contacts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
