In this role, you will be responsible for direct store engagement, order processing, and client retention, ensuring our products reach retailers efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to retail stores, supermarkets, and distributors in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Present and promote Optickel Hub’s product portfolio to potential and existing clients.
- Accurately record and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Provide market feedback to the sales team regarding competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports with detailed visit logs and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG (Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Own motorcycle and valid driver’s license (required for field mobility).
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Badung and surrounding areas as needed.
