Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to optimize product placement and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, customer service, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in sales tracking tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
