Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – Full training provided for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
