As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse clientele, including locals and international visitors. Beyond sales, you’ll contribute to daily operations, maintain store presentation, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Drive sales by promoting vape products, accessories, and lifestyle items to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Educate customers on vape products, including devices, e-liquids, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report stock discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up displays and ensuring store security.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in vape or lifestyle retail is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of vape products, e-liquids, and accessories (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a bonus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
