Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed advice.
- Handle cash and card payments while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty advisory, or cashier roles (fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
