You will collaborate closely with the store operations team to ensure that our brand's aesthetic is consistently represented and that our visual merchandising strategies align with our business goals.
Based in the vibrant and culturally rich locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to work in some of Bali's most exciting retail environments. Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales.
- Design and execute eye-catching window displays, floor plans, and product arrangements that align with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with the store operations team to ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently met and that displays are refreshed regularly.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring that all team members are equipped to maintain high standards.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Manage inventory and props for displays, ensuring that all materials are well-organized and readily available.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that our visual merchandising remains fresh and competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align in-store visuals with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
- Strong creative and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to train and mentor staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
- Passion for retail, fashion, and trends, with a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
