Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys on tobacco product distribution and sales in assigned areas across Bali.
- Collect and verify data from retail outlets, including warungs, minimarkets, and convenience stores.
- Analyze outlet performance, product availability, and pricing trends to identify market gaps.
- Document survey findings using digital tools and submit accurate, timely reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and retail trends in the tobacco industry.
- Ensure compliance with company survey protocols and ethical data collection standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with retailers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field surveys, market research, or retail data collection (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with retailers and team members.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, particularly in the target areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, survey apps).
- Ownership of a smartphone or tablet for data collection and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
