Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their interior design needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate our range of home solutions, furniture, and decor products
- Provide expert advice on space planning, color schemes, and design trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with our design team to create customized solutions for clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, home furnishings, or interior design
- Strong passion for interior design and home decor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of design principles and current trends
- Computer literacy with experience using CRM systems or sales software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
