Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, and organizing stock rooms.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
