Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
  • Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and correctly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, and organizing stock rooms.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
