Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and management to prevent shortages or excess.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic retail software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
