Responsibility
- Process and manage cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure full compliance with company cashiering policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including product displays and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Generate daily sales reports and contribute to inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales or cashiering role, preferably in luxury retail or high-end consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in handling financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, e-wallet platforms, and basic banking software.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
