Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.

- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, tracking inventory levels, and placing orders.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote special offers, new arrivals, and events to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in store events, book signings, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
