As a Field Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring product availability, and enhancing brand visibility across key retail outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for K-Servico products in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts to monitor product stock levels and merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the execution of in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including visit logs, order tracking, and performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the sales manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the consumer products or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with retailers and customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools for reporting and data entry.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (valid driver’s license and own vehicle/motorcycle preferred).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
