Whether you’re processing payments, handling returns, or assisting with inquiries, your role is essential to the smooth operation of our retail outlets.

Responsibility
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Upsell products or promotions when appropriate to enhance sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding security, loss prevention, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
