Responsibility
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage daily sales transactions, including cash handling, POS operations, and receipt issuance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting stock checks, restocking merchandise, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the boutique is visually appealing by arranging displays, organizing products, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote seasonal collections.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fashion-savvy with a keen eye for trends and styling.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
