Responsibility
- Drive sales of Maggi products by executing effective in-store merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including supermarkets, minimarts, and local stores across Bali.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure Maggi products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and competitively priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the distribution team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement brand activation initiatives, such as sampling, promotions, and in-store demonstrations to boost consumer engagement.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with regional and national campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or consumer goods distribution (prior experience with FMCG or food brands is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with retailers and customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, including key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
- Basic understanding of merchandising principles and in-store product positioning.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories and carry out physical tasks such as stocking and product displays.
- Proficiency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
