Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including department stores, supermarkets, warehouses, and mall facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of staff to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize stock availability and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all store facilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, budgets, and multi-faceted store operations.
