Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including department stores, supermarkets, warehouses, and mall facilities.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of staff to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize stock availability and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all store facilities.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to align operations with business objectives.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed to maintain smooth store functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, budgets, and multi-faceted store operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with retail management software, inventory systems, and POS technologies.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Bali or Southeast Asia is advantageous.
