Responsibility
- Represent Danone products in assigned retail locations across Bali, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations, sampling, and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective customer interactions and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, staff, and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor product stock levels, display standards, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with Danone’s brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Danone in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or sales-related certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service (FMCG experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and energetic personality with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by retail schedules.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to assigned retail locations (transportation allowance provided).
