Responsibility
- Provide expert product consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer experiences.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in retail consulting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
