Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on iPhone models, features, and accessories.
- Demonstrate product functionality, including the latest iOS features, camera capabilities, and ecosystem integrations (e.g., AirPods, Apple Watch).
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by restocking products, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by arranging displays, signage, and promotional materials according to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on Apple product launches, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or premium consumer goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for Apple products and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common iPhone issues (e.g., connectivity, settings).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering results.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or technology is advantageous.
