Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Danone products in assigned retail outlets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
  • Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels.
  • Conduct in-store promotions, tastings, and consumer engagement activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
  • Track sales performance and report daily/weekly results to management.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely product deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG, or field marketing (1+ years preferred).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer preferences.
  • Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (for mobility).
