Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Danone products in assigned retail outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels.
- Conduct in-store promotions, tastings, and consumer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
- Track sales performance and report daily/weekly results to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely product deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG, or field marketing (1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets efficiently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer preferences.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (for mobility).
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., sales apps, Excel).
