Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive customer acquisition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the telecommunication or retail industry.
