Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately for 4D, TOTO, and Soccer betting using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Handle cash and digital payments with precision, ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking sales and restocking materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling transactions and financial records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
