Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the petrol station, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, petrol station, or service industry management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of petrol station operations, including fuel handling, safety protocols, and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
  • Basic financial literacy to manage budgets, sales targets, and inventory control.
