Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the petrol station, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor fuel inventory, sales, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards to ensure a secure workplace.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of station equipment, including pumps, POS systems, and facilities.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on station performance, including revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, petrol station, or service industry management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of petrol station operations, including fuel handling, safety protocols, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Basic financial literacy to manage budgets, sales targets, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for petrol stations in Indonesia.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
